Control the sniper spawn side of the map. This gives your team control of sniper and rockets while giving your team a height advantage. Have two people hang out around the sniper spawn and left of it (all the way to the corner lift) and have the other two hang out right of the sniper spawn (near the lift and the plasma pistol spawn). The other team will usually either have to push up that side (use the plasma pistol + DMR combo and nade the long ramp coming up), the left side, or up the lift  underneath the sniper spawn in which both groups of two turn and teamshot/nade.

*I disagree with some of his views on strategy though.
