If you are sniping, I would recommend lowering your sensitivity from your normal sniping setting. I usually do this based on which map I'm playing: If it is a small map I increase the sensitivity because there will be more turning and no scopes that will be required, but on big maps the cross hair moves way too fast if the sensitivity is too high while looking far away.
