This update seems to elude to a possible patch being tested 
It also says not to expect any "overhauls to fundamental systems". My guess is the opening few paragraphs are either eluding to the H:CE remake, H5, or something entirely new that most of us (clearly a major leak got out to a few select people) haven't heard about yet.
