Halo 3 Ending

I did not try it yet, apparently the chief, commander keys, and cortana dies

the chief and cortana live. The special ending on legendary isn't that much more. it shows the regular ending after the credits were the chief and cortana are floating in space and the chief enters the stasis tube. ON the legendary ending it goes for a few more seconds and you see them fall into orbit of what seems to be an inhabited planet of some sort. Is that a prelude to a #4? who knows, but if it is count me in i'll be buyin it.

At least its more closer than halo 2. Man was i ticked at that game when i beat it and found i was left hanging and had to wiat foir over a year to see what happens next!.

It was OK. One of those "... so thats the end huh, just like it started". I definitely think there could have been more closure with the chief  being a hero and all... the way it ended there better be a #4 or i'm let down

The ending sequence wasn't great, but I don't think any of us expected it to be.

But the driving thing at the end was f*ck*n awsome. I loved the end of halo 1, and it was like that on steroids!

I think there should have been a boss battle and then the escape part.  Sort of like a halo 1 & 2 combined ending

I agree. There should have been a boss battle at the end. But the problem with it is who would the boss be. but i loved the little movie after all the credits,because it tells you what really happens to the Master Cheif.

the endin was pretty unreal and supposedly there will be no h4 but there remaking the marathon series, although i wanna c wat happens to 117

Gravemind would have been a prime candidate. 


Although, personaly, I don't think I would have enjoyed a boss battle as much. Because there's never really been "boss battles" in previous halos. (unless you count the prophet in #2)

I say there is definatly going to be a halo 4.  I think bungie just wants to take a break from the halo fps for awhile.  Thats why halo wars is coming out.  They just want to do a thing or two and get back into it.  But their going to keep adding new maps and new content so it won't be all the bad.

i dont think there will be cause i read somewhere that bungie is working on a new FPS not halo...so i dont know...all i know is that H2 is the best...H3 feels slow for me...dont know why

If you watch attack of the show they are already hinting to another halo 4.  I think bungie will do just what blizzard did will diablo series because blizzard had so many other things with starcraft and wow updates.  But they have a secret game being made right now and you can only think it is diablo 3.  And if it really is I am going to cry.  If you haven't played diablo 2 you should it is a great game.  And you can play online for free.
