I think the registrations are done so they can read the tips posts. They can see the names of threads as a guest but can't read the actual posts.

I see you made some changes to the forums GE :) Thanks!

I must point out though, the "Halo 4" forum has a grammatical error in it. it says "now that Bungie are out" it should say "Now that Bungie IS out"
