Pardon the thread necromancy:
This is a copy+paste from another thread:
-If one of your team mates gets disconnected or quits before the end of the game, don't immediately give up. If the game suddenly turns into 3v4, 2v4, or even 1v4, this can only mean good things. Since there's fewer team mates to worry about, your remaining team can stick closer together. It also means there's one less target for your enemies to kill, so less point opportunities for them. True, it's a slightly uphill battle, but if you can fracture your enemies into smaller groups and catch them alone and keep a few power weapons on your side, you'll easily dominate the battle. I've turned countless games from -5 or worse to +10 or better simply by convincing the remaining team that we can win. I once had a general and colonel send me friend invites for being such a good sport in a THC slayer game when all three of my other team mates quit and I managed to go 24-30 by the end of the game. They said it took some real guts. I just told them I'm not the quitting type

New advice:
-I don't give a !BLAM! what other people say, but if I'm at a disadvantage in the numeric sense, I'm gonna be a power weapon hog. Just to spite the other players, I will purposefully pick up a power weapon I have no intention of using in order to cause it to decay before the enemy can get their hands on it. I will !BLAM! those power weapons to the fullest extent, because it's the win that counts, and I'll do damn near anything to win. QQ moar, n00b.
