turn sensitivity down...and calm down a bit when you attempt a headshot......try to anticipate where your opponent will be....and try to slow down your reactions a bit ....it helps me

If you have lessons still still available, I'd like to be placed into a group. Anyone can help me, I'd much rather have someone higher ranked, etc.. but o'well.
