BTW, try playing BR arena/Octagon with some friends around your skill level.  I used to hate it, but now I'm finding that it's a really quick way to get warmed up.

Sorry to break the news but this community is pretty much dead.  Everyone's moved over to (deleted because of spamming), Allen's site.  Glad to hear your back though, you'll be pleasantly surprised with my improvement over the last 6 months
