Ok every one I am supprised noboby has foumd the scarib gun in halo 3 yet i have been waiting for sombody to say somthing about it for 3 months now my freinds and I have found this powful gun I am not alowed to tell you were you can find it in the map but it can tell you it is on THE STORM that is all you need to find yourself

im not going to lie. I DONT believe you, one bit. Could you tell us how long it took you to find and how complicated of a process it is?

It took us about a month of looking threw each level doing anthing we could think of there was 8 other us in two diffrent partys looking threw the maps until we found it on storm it is pritty complicated to find you need to be sumwhat skilled at jummping and you need two grav lifts. I can't tell you guys the names of the players that helepped me so sorry. it should be easy for you guys because I told you what map to look on so good luck.

I would generally agree with you, that it is BS. But if I had found the "scarab gun" in halo3 and no one had found it yet I wouldn't want to post it on a forum so everyone in the halo community could see it.

on b.net there was a post on how to find the scarab gun, many people replied and said they have gotten it. (they could be lying though)
Here is how to get it...

Its on "The Ark"

Once you get to the part where the 2 Prowlers come after you, kill them and take the prowler and go to the back of that little bowl of rocks and drive it up the wall.

Once you get out of the map you have to get out of the prowler or it will push you back down.

Crouch walk along the invisible wall until you find the hole.

Once you get through use the compass on your AR and go north, walk for about 5 minutes and you will see a few cones, the Scarab gun is in the middle.
