I need MLG teamates. for the team gundown

Hey, I made a team called gundown and right now I am the team captain. Well I need someone who knows how to:

a: setup

B: know map callouts

C: Dedicate.. (Ex: if you just play social slayer with the assault rifle and the noob weapons then you'll be kicked off. if you play MLG or swat OR Team Snipers..

D. all the stuff pros can do.. But you don't have to be good as them
