Need some help!

Hey guys,
I've been playing halo for about 4 weeks now, and I think I am allright, but I want to get higher and better. I would really appreciate if someone told me what I need to improve on and teach me some other stuff that is important.My gamertag is germanboy1o, if you would like to add me, and I am usually on around 2 or 3pm.
